A question about a page
For a correction or a suggestion, identify the page and the particular wording or illustration you mean. If an attribution seems wrong, include the source and location that would help us check it.
You may describe a reading or accessibility problem without sharing a personal story.
Help with an account
For account support, describe the problem and identify the page where it occurred. Include your account email only when it is needed to find your account. Never send your password, a recovery link, a verification code or another person’s account details.
For a forgotten password, use the password-reset control on the sign-in screen. If the site is temporarily unavailable, you can return later; public reading does not require sign-in.
Share only what is needed
Please do not send other people’s names, addresses or private experiences without their permission. We do not ask you to recruit friends or send us their contact details.
