Account and privacy

A private space for practice

Your personal choices belong to you.

An orange sitter smiles at the artist and touches their cheek beside a portrait with a comically flattened face.

A private space for practice

We store your account email, a securely hashed password if you use one, the Google account identifier used for Google sign-in, your selected virtues and schedule, weekly participation records, and the daily dots you choose to record in your workbook. We do not provide public profiles, publish your choices, or accept journal text. Theme preference is saved in this browser. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising or analytics scripts are included.

Account messages during testing

During local testing, verification and password-reset messages are kept in a private test inbox rather than sent by email. Google sign-in does not use these messages. Use the Contact page for support. We will update this information when account emails are delivered.

Keep the practice proportionate

Practice in ordinary, low-stakes situations. You may pause, leave, or seek support; virtue does not require tolerating abuse or suppressing emotion. This is educational reflection, not medical, legal, or emergency advice.
