Reflection and notes

Consider a question in your own way. You do not need to submit a written answer.

A moment to reflect

A useful question can stay with you after the page closes: What did I notice? Which small choice would I like to make differently? You can think it through, talk it over with someone you trust, or keep a note in a place you choose.

Reflection is an invitation, not an assignment. You may skip a question that does not fit your circumstances.

What this site keeps

Virtue.net does not provide a notes editor or store written reflection responses. Your account stores weekly participation marks and daily dots that you choose to record; neither is a diary or a moral score.

Keep any written reflections in a personal notebook or journal of your choice.

Return to practice

A small next action can be more useful than a polished account of what happened. Choose something proportionate, try it, and consider what you learned.
