Your practice history

Look back at what you have practiced, without turning it into a judgment of your worth.

Where to find your history

Sign in and open your workbook. It shows the current weekly focus and recorded practice. Below it, the Practice history section lists recorded weeks; Show earlier practice appears when more records are available.

If you have not marked any practice, the participation list will be empty. Daily dots are recorded separately in the grid. Reading an article does not automatically create a practice record.

What a mark means

A weekly mark records participation in that week’s practice. Daily dots are a separate record you may use to notice moments you would like to meet differently. Neither record measures your worth or compares you with other people.

You can remove the current week’s mark if it was added by mistake. Pausing a program pauses its progression. An active standard program or My Virtues keeps its sequence. Saving a changed personal selection does not alter that program. Restarting My Virtues creates a new program at cycle one, week one with an empty grid; the old program’s dots and participation records remain available read-only.

Your daily grid

Click a cell to add one dot, up to five; click again to clear it. You may add or remove dots for today and previous days. Use the week controls to return to earlier weeks. Future dates cannot be edited.

There is no public ranking or performance profile. Your account information remains part of your private practice.

Use the record gently

Notice a choice you want to repeat, or a situation you want to meet differently. A gap in the record is not evidence that you failed as a person.
